Depends on if your drafted or created mid season. If you were created mid-season GM's should be tagging and contactnig you with contract offers for which team you'd like to join. We used to have a waiver wire system but opted with this instead because it gets GM's interacting with newer and returning members earlier, and allows them to guide them through any changes we've made. 

I think there was a thread where people were making offers to sign me but I can't find it now, then someone said I was Oslo property but nothing's happened with that so idk, so confusing
