As I keep getting/seeing questions about it, you obviously all missed my announcement on this in the last Portal update. We decided to stop paying for the old vhlsim.net server as new indexes were all be uploaded to the Portal's server, which is necessary for the integration that exists between the two - so it was sitting an idle and a waste of money.
All old indexes have been migrated to the Portal's server and are available HERE.
