In addition to Pick 'Em, Predit the Score, VFHL, etc... maybe a new game could be the simmer can pre-determine and post which STHS schedule days would be simmed per real life day, for example April 1st (Day 1-3), April 2nd (Day 4-5), April 3rd (Day 6-8), etc. And we would have a fantasy game where every real life day people could choose one player they think will score a goal that "day". Whoever gets the longest streaks win, but if people have lives and don't have time everyday, not submitting a pick will not end the streak. A streak will only end if the player picks someone and they don't score. This is different from the other games which are more seasonly and weekly, as this is more daily and promotes more activity and competition.

With all the talk of the regular season being too predictable and dragging on too long... How about we incorporate the biannual World Cup within the season instead of an extended offseason every other year? This could be one game simmed a day only. More controversial than above idea, but how about like in soccer we add something like a FA Cup style knockout tournament within the regular season? This would also like above be simmed separately from the league file but run concurrent to the league season to add more drama and excitement and keep things less dry. If perhaps such tournament does come into existence, maybe we could also require backup goalies to start and play.
