Review: I really like the idea of this sig with the black BG and lighting source. I think the render could probably have a bit more shadowy outside of the light source; right now he's a bit too strongly lit considering the light source. I also think there's maybe a little too much grunge over the body, which ends too abruptly at his face. I do like the text and think the sig is really only a couple minor tweaks away from being perfect.

I think we need to focus less on our players and more on the team. We're not playing that bad, over the course of the season we're gonna get better with all this young talent we have. All we gotta do is find something that works.

Jesus christ boubabi. The end of the discussion should have been you pointing out that finances weren't updated. There was no need to take it further and from my perspective, watching you the past while, it seems to me that you're set out to make every issue and argument become as personal as possible as fast as possible. It is not your job to evaluate Bana's reasons for the delay whether you support them or not, and I really do not understand why you find it so difficult to make a point in any argument without coming across as hostile and attacking. I find it very difficult to watch you say things are bad for the league (and you have good points on many of those things) yet you always seem to have to say it in a way that itself is not good for the league. 
 
Should Bana have let someone know he wasn't going to be able to get them done in a timely fashion? Yes, probably. 
Should admins have noticed anyways and done something about it/? Absolutely. 
Does he deserve to have his reasoning thrown in his face by someone who's clearly been on some kind of downward spiral? No, certainly not. 
 
In any case I think it's ridiculous @Higgins is holding onto his GM title but relying on boubabi to manage the team. He should either step down so someone in better standing can manage the team or do it himself.
