Usually it just takes me getting in the right mind set. So often times it just requires me to take some time to relax in the hot and cold tubs Hot and Cold tub do wonders. Sauna's are amazing too. But most of all just watching netflix. Biggest strength is my ability to skate with anyone. I'm not very good at really anything else besides positioning and skating I want to be the best skater and positional player I can be before I really look to improve other parts of my game.
