Day 5 will be opening late as hell tomorrow because I get to sleep in. Will be open by 1 though because I'm also going to work (and as a consequence N5 should come a bit later as well).

Day 1 - Arriving at Camp.
Mike was on guard duty, he saw something dodging around the wagons. He said he was going to shoot at it, but not wanting to alarm the camp, he picked up a club instead.
Mike said he chased the creature “a considerable distance from the camp” and killed it, only to find out the animal was a skunk.  “It was too late. The mischief was done,” Mike wrote. “The fact of the matter [was] I was completely smothered. I had to change all of my clothes. My shoes—I had to through [throw] them away, for I kicked it in dispatching it.”  At dinner, he was sent away to eat by himself, and he said. "It will be a few days before my clothes will be back to normal."

Another first place finish yawn

I remember being so disappointed after S32 and thinking that was definitely our year.  Our start to the season was like 20 wins in a row.  The team was heavy on defense and relying on that with Sterling (Labatte) to not let in a lot of goals.  Not being able to score lost us the S32 season.  In a fit of unorthodox anger and rage of not winning after many seasons I did the unthinkable.  I traded possibly the league's best goalie away.  It ended up being to the team we just lost to and ended up beating.  The hope was to stack the rest of our team.  Our 400 TPE goalie had bumps and it was a crazy season.  You can see in the recaps we out shot teams since our overall roster was better.  I just hoped we could score more than we let up in the end.  

1. How happy are you with your performance so far?
I'm having the best season I've had so far so I can't complain.
 
2. Riga and Moscow decided to unite their LR's to save the locker room culture. Are you in?
We have to keep the forum LRs alive some how. More people equals a better chance at that.

I don't think there's any stopping him.

This questions really depends on how much the other team insults his mother.

I think DeFenz Mann @Mike. He doesn't have a lot of points but with a 11.11% shot percentage he's got a good chance of putting it in.

It's a well known fact that 2Pac is still alive, so yes I do agree.

Yep just got my addressed updated for this very reason.

It's still too early for the latest batch of expansion teams to win.

This is worthy of me posting for a change.  Can't believe it when I checked the only other non game thread I look at (Rigas LR) only to see Flyer was blue.  Things have come a long way since I totally believed the Gows were the same person.  I remember the initial conversation with Flyers about becoming the next Riga GM and this was maybe only a year ago where he said.
 
"I don't know if I could ever become a VHL GM."  Now hes sold out and gone full active all the way to the blue team.  The league gained a good commish but I lost a VHL friend.  Tryhards are public enemy #1.

Sorry I only quickly glanced at first few pages thought he said first day to have someone on you to confirm maybe misread.  I think its fine to trust and leave you alone anyway.  I know many people say just lynch from start but its basically a free neutral vote that if they don't go with town you can get rid of whenever you want.

Yah this has been such a weird game. Can’t say I like this mode because it sort of killed a lot of the buzz with anything happening during the day .

As of today, claims made under the James Platts Welfare Program or VHL Pension Plan can be automatically claimed on the Portal in a similar fashion to Practice Facility. These claims are not required to be approved by updater's and TPE will be awarded immediately. 
 
Note: The Portal automatically determines pension eligibility by looking at a user's past and current players. Some older, returning members may find they are only offered 4 TPE - this is due to previous players not existing on the Portal or not being linked to their user account. If this is the case, contact an admin or commissioner and we will manually approve you for the pension plan. 
 
Claims made under the VHL Partnership Plan with SBA and EFL are not quite as automated, but a post in a weekly welfare thread is no longer required. These claims can be made directly in the Portal by using the new "Affiliate PT" option under "Claim Capped" and linking to your PT on SBA or EFL. These claims will continue to be reviewed and approved by updater's.

At this time, there is no changes to the monthly Affiliate Check program and those will continue to require posting in a monthly thread.
