I was told it would be ready for today. If it's telling you that and you believe you should get 2. Manually claim the 1 extra and claim:

Uncapped -> Other -> Other and write extra practice facility for E under Short Description

Why would it affect draft class? To my understanding from what i've talked to Josh about is the draft boards are based on a query. If we implement the flag idea I discussed then it won't be an issue. We're not giving the user an extra season or anything like that. They're just going to play in the E instead of the M for an extra season. They're not "skipping" anything as they would earn at the same rate and hit the same TPE milestones as if they stayed in the M. 

I know we have the big announcement of the offseason with the hybrid change.

With that in mind I'm going to make this short and sweet since we've had a lot of announcements recently.

1.) Going forward playoffs for the E are going to be 1 game a day instead of 2. This is how it used to be back when there were 8 teams in the VHL and I believe the timing will align better with the M and the VHL. The VHLE offseason has been too short and leaves too many folks waiting. 

2.) Another big change is that Practice Facility is now going to be 2 TPE instead of 1 for players in the E. This will be implemented starting April 4th 2022.

I tried posting this at work, but they decided to block the VHL today.

So this is the third season in a row I've had to do this, come on folks..

As there was one punishment of this nature last season, we've decided that the learning period is over. Going forward any missed back up games are going to be forced in playoffs or doubled for the next season if they did not make it to the playoffs. As Geneva didn't make it to the playoffs this season, they will have to play their back up an additional games next season. 

That means 28 games.

Guessing @Josh will have to adjust the PF amount, idk if Dil has access.

We have other changes to announce so it's not a problem. We just need to know when it's good to go.

@Doomsdaywe learned from a great player and the honor is all ours for joining such a great player with our jersies being retired.

That's on me, I should have retired Dom's last season but I dropped the ball with everything going on in my life.

With the Retirement of Robert Bouchard @Gaikoku-hito We had to put one of the biggest names in Prague's history into the rafters. 

Bouchard is 1st in assists, 2nd in points and tied for 3rd in games played in Pragues history

It is definitely deserved. 

We also have another jersey retirement: Dominic Gobeil

While @Domcut his career short he still managed to become the 3rd highest goal scorer and 3rd highest in points in franchise history. 

Gobeils is also well deserved and will be hanging in the Prague rafters!

With @InstantRockstargetting a promo to the VHL we of course will need someone to fill in the spot for Rome.

I thought my preference was known on this front. I'm all for folks being able to skip the M and go into the E. When we were discussing the E it was always in the discussion of folks jumping the M and being able to go to the E if they so chose to do. The idea was that you would have your recreate season in the M and then go into the E the following season. The numbers we came up with were the limits of 200 then a soft cap of 350. The 200 became unachievable. I'm all for this if the user wants to skip the M, which should be for development anyways.

As far as the issue with IAs. The league (E) has struggled to have members after the first season, so we've let them have IAs. All have been great about playing users over IA (majority have been M GMs and it stuck with them), I believe I've only noticed one team doing this. If the IA thing becomes an issue then we can address it then, I don't want to limit the options that's GMs have at their disposal. With VHL rosters being depleted and the fact not everyone will want to jump to the E, the IA thing isn't an issue until it becomes one and even then, most are only FAs so we can limit IA FA signings if we need to. I believe there were 10 this season? I don't have the exact number off the top of my head. So if you looked at IA across the league that's only 1.25 IA per team.
