1.) With the WJC coming up, who do you predict to win? My bet is on World, even though I hope Europe will make it all the way. Team World seems to have a good and strong team overall. 2.) Would you like to participate in future international competitions? This is my second international tournament, so heck yeah! The more hockey I get to play the better. 3.) How do you rate our performances so far? I'd say we are doing okay, but not as good as I first thought we would at the start of the season. Hopefully we can start climbing again. 4.) Who is your favourite team in the VHL? Can I say any other team than Moscow? Looking forward to playing there next season. 5.) How do you anticipate the 2nd half of the season so far? Hopefully we can get some consistency going, right now we destroy one game, only to get killed the next. 6.) Has there been anyone who has caught your eye on a different team? Why? I wouldn't say so, no. But I've been keeping my eyes on my former team mates in San Diego, Dalton Wilcox and Alex Pearson and the've really grown this season.

Didn't see you on the ice in our games against Houston. Are you the water boy or something?

1. How did you come up with your name? Mix between my real name and one of my favorite players of a local hockey team. 2. Do you have any long term VHL goals, HOF, championship, well known player? I want to help my team win as many championships as possible, hopefully getting my first with Halifax this season! 3. Why did you pick the position you play? I always played defense in all sports when I was young, so it'd feel strange picking another position for my first player in VHL. 4. We recently have gone 50/50 on our games, how do you feel about this? Not sure, we just need to work even harder than we already do to get that win streak going. 5. We currently have Thorvald Gunnarsson 2nd in shutouts at 4, do you predict our defence/goalie is going to continue playing this hot? Tied top 2 together with Philly says it all really. Only team with a stronger D is Minnesota. Our only real weakness is our offense, we need to work on it. 6. Has anybody stood out to you so far, if so who? I had high hopes on Luciano going into this season and boy has he been playing well for his first year in the VHLM.

1.) What do you think of our quik turnaround from the harsh start from the season? It just shows how strong this team is, like I said during the pre-season. 2.) Did you have nerves coming into the season? If yes, have you shaken them off yet? I'm sure everyone had high expectations on me going into this season, but I think I've shown everyone how good I really am. 3.) How has the city of Halifax treated you so far? I love it here in Halifax, everyone has been treating me well and the city is beautiful. 6.) What are your thoughts on the captains that were announced? I'm very honored to carry the A this season and I think Kenji, Luciano and Thorvald have shown with their leadership that they were the right choices. 7.) Is there something Halifax needs to improve on? Just some more depth in general, perhaps a few more on defense and a center. 8.) If you could play against anyone in the VHL, who would it be? I'm going to Moscow next season and will be playing against my two old buddies from the Marlins. Tate and Marleau who are both playing in Europe. It will be a blast.

1. I think we did pretty good and got some hard working guys. 2. It was good, I mean going into the draft I was sure I was going to get picked mid first round, but I'm not complaining, I'm happy here in Halifax. 3. Halifax had a strong team last season and going into this season it looks just as strong, perhaps even stronger. 4. Further than last season. Count on it. 5. Put up some good numbers and take the cup home to Halifax. 6. My numbers speak for themselves, I'm a great passer and if given the opportunity I know where the goal is.
