    I believe that is something available in other STHS versions, but what would make it not work for our application is that potential comes down to TPE earning, which is under the control of the user. Unless we allowed humans to control and develop the coaching staff, each team would likely get an identical coach, which really adds no advantage to any team, while adding complexity. I'd love to explore more control of actual gameplay, if that's even something STHS offers however!
