How would you change the vhlm craziest ideas win?

No GMs, just a group of "helpers/retention crew" who are paid to oversee the entire league and make sure no member is left out. Instead of individual team servers, there is just a single VHLM discord server with private channels for each team. Makes it so that no team is prioritizing winning more than retention, and also puts the onus on an entire group to teach members about the league instead of a GM/AGM combo, leading to threads like this.

I am growing very tired of how awful Chiang is. Has the 3rd worst shooting% as a scoring forward on the 1st line. Sits in the box all game. And doesn't really contribute defensively. This off-season I am rerolling I don't really care at this point first person who comes up with a build will have that build placed on Chiang.
