UPDATE: So I didn't tear my tricep it's just a "sprain" (sure as fuck feels torn though). Was told to rest and not move my arm/shoulder around too much. We'll see how that goes with the holiday next week. Hey, least I have an excuse to not hold my cousin's newborn so, Merry Christmas to Moose.
