  1. 1. Probably just provide some depth scoring to whichever team drafts me, I know I won't be a super scorer 2. I have a Jack Eichel jersey, which is pretty cool, but it's getting small 3. I doubt I have what it takes to be a GM, as for captain, we'll have to see 4. it's definitely a motivation boost to have all the fans back, you know what you're playing for. 5. Hockey, not close. Played soccer a few years back but never followed it 6. Mustard. Underrated af

  4. Hey VHL, It's me, fyrefly. I've been gone for a long time, inactive for a long time, unfortunately. I have struggled to find the time for VHL, as this is my first year of high school and it has been a big change. I'm happy to announce that I will be starting over in the VHL! I will be creating a new player tomorrow morning, to join the S82 draft class. I sincerely apologize to all of my GMs who I left hanging without any notice whatsoever. Thank you all for giving Sheldon ice time regardless, and I'm ready to finish off my career strong in Warsaw. I will note - this new player will not be nearly as active as I once was. I doubt I'll be able to get point tasks in each week, but I will try to do smaller tasks as much as I can. Well, I'm glad to be back. Here's to a new, better career!
  5. 1. In Canada, the restrictions are a fair bit heavier, so we didn't get around to doing much 2. North America vs Russia in the World Cup of Hockey in 2016. It was an incredible game 3. We climb the standings a bit, our young core has improved 4. Hopefully, Tyler Reinhart is a valuable prize 5. Pick two franchise players in my opinion 6. His willingness to rebuild I guess, not many guys can weather being at the bottom of the standings
  6. Thanks for doing the questions 1. Onde Sandstrom has been absolutely sensational! 2. When I was 6 years old I believe 3. I think we can pull it off 4. Personally, I like our core, so maybe one or two deals at the maximum 5. Hopefully better, we have some good young guys 6. I have a soft spot for Calgary now 7. Started off hot but now it's just average
  7. it has been an incredible start of the S78 season for Sheldon Juniper so far. Moving from one retooling team to another, something clicked with linemates Henry Tucker and Green Gaming, and Juniper potted 4 goals and 10 points in only 6 games, good enough for tying for 9th in league scoring. However, the Wolves are floundering at the bottom of the North American conference. After their most recent game (a 5-1 loss at the hands of the Calgary Wranglers), a reporter caught up with Juniper for a post-game interview. Reporter: That was surely a tough game to lose. How is the mood in the locker room? Juniper: The last couple games have been rough. I know we aren't exactly in win-now mode, but it still hurts to lose an important game against a rival like that. That said, we have a very young team, and I've been impressed with a lot of the rookies and sophs this season. Reporter: Everyone from all around the VHL has been stunned by your amazing start, 10 points in 6 games! How does it feel to finally be breaking out? Juniper: Haha well, I'd like to think not everyone is that surprised, but yeah, I've been getting some good bounces and having some good nights. I do owe a lot of it to my linemates, Tuck and Greenie, they've been awesome to play with and are both fantastic team guys. Overall, to kind of answer your previous question, the vibe is still pretty energized as we're trying to stay optimistic and positive about the season's outlook. Reporter: Final question here, Sheldon. There was recently an announcement concerning the formation of the VHLE, which will come into effect in three seasons time. What are your thoughts on that? Juniper: Honestly, I'm still staring at the statement and trying to comprehend it. I knew there was an issue with roster space, but not something so dire that it would provoke something so drastic. I'm pretty excited about it, I'm not going to lie. It looks kind of cool. Reporter: Thanks for your time, Sheldon. Juniper: Anytime. 351 words
  8. 1. I think you guys did well, got some solid prospects 2. I couldn't tell you, that wouldn't be a team move 3. Obviously I appreciate coming here, but getting GG was solid as well 4. I can't say I dislike any of them 5. Rasmus Dahlin, easy. Superbly talented player and constantly works his ass off 6. Probably a protein shake, especially when we're getting on a plane and there aren't many options
  9. Hi, sorry for the wait guys F - Onde Sandstrom D - Matty Socks @qripll
  10. 1. Point per game is the ultimate goal, but I'd like the Wranglers to get past the wildcard series 2. Hard Markinson looks really good 3. Hmm, probably some sort of sports drink, probably the only thing he specializes in lol 4. I find soccer is a good outlet and great for getting your feet involved 5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCQJp4DQob8 6. I'd like to improve my faceoffs for sure
  11. Thanks for doing it, appreciate it 1. Keep on training, it never stops 2. Perhaps we bring back Tallinder himself! 3. Oh heck yeah man, I'll definitely take some of that bill 4. At home in Toronto, good to be back with my family 5. I think Warsaw'll probably win the cup 6. yeah, especially the two lottery guys
  12. 1. Getting to know our fairly young crew 2. I would have won a few of our close OT games to sneak us into the playoffs 3. VSN consistently bangs out quality content 4. I think we have a promising young core 5. Be more exact, not just throwing TPE in random areas when I have extra 6. Harris has been active in the LR, developing his character as well as his skills.
  13. 1. I think stand pat, we have all of our young guys 2. Ekholm gets traded 3. I like writing media spots if I can 4. Maybe a mix of AC/DC and imagine dragons 5. Maybe acquire a backup goaltender 6. Maybe if Juniper gets his head out of the sand
  14. Time to give PS a boost
  15. 1. Not fantastic, but I think we can bounce back 2. Well, Juniper can't score. That's that 3. Rodeo bull named Paul 4. Foster Hewitt would be so cool 5. Maybe CCM or Bauer so I can get a deal on sticks 6. Being a Sabres fan, probably Jack Eichel or Ryan Miller
  16. 1. Even though he's a rookie, he brings a lot of professionalism into our locker room 2. We may have a rookie of the year in the house 3. Rookies and young players in general. We will be scary in a matter of time 4. I'm pouring TPE into FO right now as per position change 5. The tournaments are always fun 6. The scent of youth is fruitful this season
  17. 1. Train, hang out with family/friends 2. Remember the Name by Fort Minor 3. Us, and then Prague, then I sorta stopped caring 4. Live it up. You never know when you're next championship will come 5. I would say Ricer but he just got it . Spartan from Vegas would be great as well 6. I'm fairly new to discord, and my favourite channel is probably the locker-room. Good vibes
  18. Does it have to be the full 7 million if it’s not F to D just LW to C Because I can’t afford the full thing
  19. 1. It's sad to see some of our older guys go, but I think we have a bright future. 2. Some of the guys coming up from the VHLM 3. Hmmmmm. I'm going with Andy Samberg. 4. He's just a beast. Always calm under pressure, always there to make the big save. He will do great 5. Timothy Brown underperforming hurt my team a lot, so I ended up 4th in my group. 6. Gotta say Thornton or Couture
  20. 1. That massive shot of his 2. Tom Eagles, with the more ice time he should be good 3. The GM (I'll miss u Jubis), and the culture 4. We just got our stuff together 5. I'll go with shots blocked, physicality isn't a strong suit for Juniper 6. I think the extra depth and filling in spaces will make a difference
  21. Ever since I was drafted by Calgary, the only things I’ve gotten from you is kindness and helpfulness. As a newbie to the VHL, and experiencing all this for the first time, I really appreciated it. You were a fantastic GM, and I hope everything is okay with your home life.
