  1. 1. I think it was a solid pickup that added more depth and all out making a couple of lines of very skilled players 2. It’s been good, the team is performing and I’m putting up points, nothing more I could ask for 3. Probably Cale Makar, a capable defender that can do digits on the scoring end 4. The Detroit Red Wings as a baseball team 5. Probably his size and weight, make him a little bigger, I think it would be pretty cool to have him like Brent burns sized 6. Not really, I do wish I found it sooner though
  2. 1. The game was exciting and fun, especially being in it, a chance for the best in the league to show off their talents 2. I actually don’t think we have anything, we’ve been playing good and have good lineup depth with everyone able to score if the chance arises 3. R.I.P by playboi carti, rolling over most of the teams 4. Definitely bigmac, I’m sure McDonald’s good import some food to us somehow if I had him there 5. It could be anyone, the season is not yet over yet, the winner will arise in the biggest times of the year when they’re needed or will be solid throughout the whole year bringing their teams to many victories 6. Nothing, everything’s perfect, the discord is solid and so is the play on the ice
  3. 1. I’m excited to play with everyone, there’s a lot of talent owing through the team and I can’t wait to see some of the young guys progress 2. the community, I’ve always said it, the community is great 3. I honestly think the league is a pretty good spot to start careers at 4. Not at all, y’all are good at reaching out to the boys and scheduling team building exercises 5. I think it should be not as much about winning but more about progressing people to the next level of their careers 6. I am, excited that all the boys hard work is being shown on the ice
  4. 1. I think the team looks good, a pretty solid season last year and we acquired some new players of course in the draft, I believe we can go far this year 2. That I can develop my player while also competing with equally talented players, along with meshing with my new teammates 3. I'm hoping for a good season which we are totally capable of, I expect my player to be good defensively while also chipping in on offense 4. Really anything we all have a interest in can spark a conversation, such as maybe a video game or other sports possibly, the NFL playoffs are going on right now in the end 5. The Vegas Golden Knights, I started getting into and playing hockey around the time they came into the league 6. I'm totally happy to be here, the management is helpful and kind and the players in the locker room make this a well rounded and welcoming community
  5. Yea I was just using the portal My Bad
  6. VHL Single Season Record Holders (Players) The VHL had some truly astonishing players which have set some of the most crazy single season records. We can start with the point record where Ethan Osborne got 270 Points, he also holds the goal record with 130. David Henman dished the puck any chance he got for 194 assists. Carl Jacobs never got scored on when they were on the ice as they tallied up a +/- of 170. Dan Tremblay was an absolute sponge as he blocked 548 shots in season 36. Brennan Mcqueen loved laying the body and ended up with 742 assists in one season. Logan Laich couldn't stay out of the box racking up 520 Penalty Minutes. Matt Bailey scored a majority of his goals on the Power Play with 40. Edwin Preencarnacion, Venus Thightrap, and Scotty Sundin tied themselves for the most shorthanded goals with 5. Yuri Grigorenko and Davey Jones loved the glory of the game winning goal as they got 26. Kameron Taylor and Ethan Osborne tied for the most hat tricks as they both had 10. Edwin Preecarnacion and Jerome Reinhart are tied for the highest point getting defenseman with 141 Points. Matt Avens both has the rookie point and rookie goal record with 132 points and 55 goals. Rounding off the records for today we have Nils Godlander with the most assists as a rookie with 78 of them only beating out Matt Avens by one assist. This has been all of the VHL’s player records.
  7. VHL Playoffs So Far In the two wildcard matchups for this year the Seattle Bears pair up against the Vancouver Wolves while HC Davos Dynamo faces London United. Both the Wolves and the Dynamo have easy sweeps past their opponents with 3 regular time wins for each of the teams moving the Wolves on to face the Calgary Wranglers and the Dynamo on to face the Moscow Menace. The Wolves would lose in the first ame of the series but following that would win 3 straight and need one more win to move on to the next round. In the other matchup in the North American Conference the Chicago Phoenix would face the D.C. Dragons where at this point the teams split the series 2-2 both 2 wins away from victory. In the European Conference HC Davos Dynamo head on to face the Moscow Menace where they would have the series split 2-2 similarly to the series just talked about as we await more results. The other series shows the Warsaw Predators matchup against the Prague Predators where the Predators would take a dominant lead in the series leading 3-1 right now at the moment. This is how the VHL playoffs are going so far as the battle for the Continental Cup.
  8. Dalton Canders lll Junior Review After his grandfather's brief career most notably on the Miami Marauders Dalton Canders Sr. would settle down back in his home of rural North Carolina where Dalton Canders Jr. would be born. He would not have the success in Hockey like his father but would make a career out of baseball in the aaa program for the Kansas City Royals, the Omaha Storm Chasers. This is around the time that Dalton Canders the lll would be born. He was inspired by his grandfather wanting to make a career out of hockey though the young boy's father pushed him into following the same path but the passion just wasn’t there and Jr began to notice. He started to play hockey around the age of 8 in development programs as he rushed to catch up with the other players who have been on the ice for many years more. He played A level hockey when he was 9 and 10 and after that second year of squirt going into his peewee years something clicked inside of him and he practiced in that offseason as long and as hard as he could. The next year he went out for AAA hockey at Omaha Mastery AAA. He failed to make the team but was pushed down to a high level AA team and would stand out as a key player on that team racking up a 1.5 point per game average and attracting the attention of the AAA coaches which led to him making the team the next year. He was an outcast on that team as he joined quite late and started on the third line, he felt more demoralized than ever. Through the demoralization he would still show that he would be a key player on this team for the rest of his time on the team. During his 13u year he even reached the #1 prospect in the US and led his team to a national championship appearance where he would go against the Chicago Mission and they would fall. They would come back the next year and get their revenge winning in overtime against the very same team highlighted by the game winning goal from Canders. The team during the 15u and 16u years would float around #10 in the country relatable to Canders prospect rating. At the end of Dalton's 16u year he would declare himself for the VHLM Draft as he works hard to prove himself as one of the best prospects out there.
  9. Roque Davis Career Summary Preface Roque Davis was the most recent introduction into the Victory Hockey League Hall Of Fame (HOF). Hailing from Portugal the defenseman would move to Canada at a young age where he would go on and excel in soccer. Roque would eventually move over to Hockey following the trend of the other students at his school where coaches took note of his talent. Potential for greatness was already being shown from the young Portuguese lad. Career During the VHL draft Roque would go on to be picked second by HC Davos, he was placed accordingly in the mock draft predictions. HC Davos, going through a rebuild, found the centerpiece in Davis and he performed under all the pressure well. Starting on Davos he was able to stand out with a team put together from nothing and got himself recognized. He would win himself the Most Outstanding Rookie and the Christian Stolzschweiger Trophy as a result of his successes. Most notably even as a rookie he took home the Alexander Valiq Trophy as the VHL’s top defensive player of the year. Davos jumped forward in Roques Second year, after pulling up only 55 points the previous year they would get 77 the next. Roque improved but possibly not on his usual point totals more in the locker room stepping up as a leader. He combined for 4 more points than season 1 and improved his plus/minus by 40 on a still average team. No awards were won this year but playoffs came around the corner where an inexperienced Davos team was swept by the Riga Reign who would go on to win the Continental Cup that year. In his 3rd season the VHL expanded with 4 more teams and Davos fell back once again. This caused Davis to have one of his worst seasons. With all this Davos still made the playoffs only to be swept in the first round once again. In season 4 Roque came back to form and Davos improved in the standings. We saw Roque roam the ice scoring freely turning into a player of many, many skills. Davos would still miss out on playoffs though as a stacked and competitive European Conference made for great action. No playoffs or awards for Davis this year but he was now becoming an established veteran in the league. After years of struggle in Davos he would move to Moscow as he wanted to prove that Davos was not failing at fault of his own. This season Moscow finished 4th and made the playoffs while Davos in 6th had missed the playoffs along with Roque having the best season of his career. That season is still top 10 and Davos’s worst years ever. The Moscow team was made for playoffs and is where many accolades came for Davis in his tenure at Moscow. In the first round of this season they would face London United and Davis would prove better against a rival, Erik Killenger. In the Conference semifinals they stood up against the Helsinki Titans as the series headed to 7. The Helsinki Titans led by Roque were pushed by the Titans, sending the Menace to the Conference Finals. Inspiration pushed Moscow forward after beating Helsinki. This wasn’t the greatest for the team as Malmo took hold of holes in Moscow's game and abused them leading to a 6 game defeat of Moscow. Malmo then went on to win the Continental Cup. The next year's playoffs were not as much of a looker, though the regular season for Moscow was a hit as they led the league with 112 points. In the first round they had unsuspected trouble getting past the Helsinki Titans taking them 7 games to get it done. They played the top tier Predators who amassed 110 points. Moscow was not able to stand up to the talent, they did pick up a fight taking it to 7 games but being defeated. The greatest parts of Roques career were coming up and massive decisions in the career of Roque Davis came up. The rule of moscow was on its way to an end so Roque started to search the market looking for a future team. Two years remained in his career and his previous season brought him awards such as the Alexander Valiq Trophy, the Alexander Beketov Trophy, and the Sterling Labatte Trophy. He would move conferences as he moved to the Los Angeles Stars getting himself in the burning ashes of his career closer to home. He would not perform on his average leading him to two of his worst seasons in his career. In Season 77 the Stars finished 4th and had the conference's best defense. Consistency issues in the regular season and the playoffs led to the downfall of this team. They started winning the wildcard in 4 games and managed themselves a good performance in the Conference semifinals defeating the number 1 Chicago, not only defeating but sweeping them. When they got caught in the mud things didn’t go well as in the Conference Finals they would be swept and kicked out of the playoffs by the Seattle Bears. The following season twinned with the previous season as the shooting star would not improve but fall. Having the worst season of Roque’s career on a low performing team as they missed out on the playoffs. This capped off his career as he had many accomplishments but always missed out on the biggest one, The Continental Cup. Career Regular Season Stats Games Played: 576 Goals: 144 Assists: 428 Points: 572 +/- : +100 Hits: 1185 Blocked Shots: 1133 Career Playoff Stats Games Played: 52 Goals: 16 Assists: 48 Points: 64 +/- : +18 Hits: 108 Blocked Shots: 114 Career Awards Christian Stolzschweiger Trophy (x1) Alexander Valiq Trophy (x2) Alexander Betekov Trophy (x1) Sterling Labatte Trophy (x1) Victory Cup (x1) Summary Roque Davis finished his playing career at the Los Angeles Stars but his best tenure on a team came with the Moscow Menace. He cannot forgot his roots and the the team that drafted him though as HC Davos kickstarted his career. He is the most recent hall of fame inductee

  12. 1. Philly continues to be 1st in the standings. What is something you admire about them? I admire how consistent at winning they are as they rack up 3 or more points practically every game 2. There has been more losses recently than any other week. What do you believe could be the cause of this? I feel that we just got into a little bit of a streak where we are not on are game and we should return to form soon 3. The captains are announced. Are there any surprises for you? All the people selected as captains are the leaders of our team so I am not surprised by it 4. Who on the team has performed better than you expected? Flynn Gardner has surprised me as in 27 games he has 19 points which is outstanding 5. What do you believe is the best way to earn TPE? I think that it is different for everyone but for me using my skill in writing to earn 6 TPE every week is definitely easy 6. What is your favorite sport IRL? Favorite team? If that team played in the VHLM what team would they be? My favorite sport in real life is hockey with honorable mentions to soccer and baseball. I like the Vegas Golden Knights because of Marc Andrea Fleury but I am also a fan of the Hurricanes. In the VHLM my favorite team would of course be the Marauders because it is the first VHLM team I’ve ever played for
