I like the "wrinkled" background with the coarse texture added to it. It gives it a lot of depth despite looking very simple. Render, text, colors and background blend perfectly. I would have liked to see the render a bit bigger though with respect to the rest of the sig. Relative to what I saw in your sig dump (a LOT of 10s), this gets an 8 from me.
