Daniel Janser 1,975 Posted October 27, 2021 Share Posted October 27, 2021 (edited) Prosciutto e funghi (ham and shrooms on top of the obligatory tomato sauce and mozzarella) and/or Fiorentina (spinach and egg on top of obligatory tomato sauce and mozzarella). I am traditionalist (my granny was Italian) and therefore am averse to any sweet toppings (though I do like Pizza Hawai'i but out of respect to my late nonna, I do not eat it anymore)... yeah, I know it is weird... And also if the sauce is not tomato sauce anymore, it ain't pizza no more (but still can be delicious, it is a matter of taste after all)...
