Guest Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 For all the making fun I did of his comedic routines at times and called him somewhat lacking of modern comedy, this actually hurts a little. I can't deny the amount of times growing up that this man made me laugh. Then I get to the age where I can focus on some of his serious roles and adult movies and he strictly blew me away with talent. One page from Watchmen keeps ringing through my head right now: Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. When I was 7 I watched Jumanji in the hospital like 90,000 times after getting my tonsils out.
