Ideally looking for someone with more experience than me in the league as this is still a new role for me and I would love to have someone who already knows the ropes a bit help guide me along before I train new young members. Position involves : 1. Posting the Press Conference questions every week (ideally every Sunday or Monday) 2. Be a positive active presence in the looking room. As New York goes into rebuild mode we will have a lot of young players joining the team. Definitely need someone positive as we are going to lose a lot in the next few seasons. This is a huge things for me as I will fully admit that I'm not great with Locker Room talk. 3. Help scout players for the draft, very important as we will have lots of picks in the drafts. 4. Help contact GMs and make some trades. Best of luck to everyone, going to select someone in probably the next 72 hours and like i said at the beginning. Old people please apply I need your wisdom!
