One thing I noticed was a some blue effects around the R in Ryan and on his left shoulder. At first I thought these were an accident due to a lack of them. I think adding either more of these or removing them completely would be beneficial to the graphic. I think overall you did a fine job. I think the render is muted a bit but I can't really complain as it fits with your design choice.
