Render looks good and it seems you did the proper prep work on it. The blur effect isn't needed in my opinion but that is a design choice so it is what you wanted. I do believe that with the blur, the drop shadow is way too sharp. Looks like less offset and more radius would have made it softer. Overall, great job.
