Houston slips their way through the Wild this game in a 4-3 OT thriller. Houston grabbed an early lead in the first, but Saskatoon charged back, before ending the second period all tied up. Saskatoon thought they had the game in the bag, but a late powerplay goal by Houston sent the game to overtime.

 

Saskatoon cannot keep taking penalties at this rate and letting Houston back into the game.

 

It must be a heartbreaking game for Jack Quill who did everything in their power to take this game.

Postseason Game 44 Recap

 

Saskatoon evens up the series after a 3-2 regulation win. The game stays tied after the first, before Justin Adolfsen pots his second to give Saskatoon the lead. Even scoring in the third leaves us with a one goal game at the final buzzer.

 

Both teams netted two goals with the extra man, so they should both try to keep that momentum into the rest of the series.

 

Saskatoon is definitely really happy they acquired Justin Adolfsen this season, as he lead their offensive charge.
