Logo swap isn't bad and shows you put some effort into this project. I think if you worked on a proper format your graphic would have more balance. Render is a bit choppy around parts of him but not that bad. Background isn't really helping or hurting this graphic. Text is okay but should be placed in a more balanced fashion. Good job overall.
