Nurx was making a case for player who are considered by the VHLM standard as ACTIVE (i.e. either have updated or posted on the forum in the last 14 days). Juice Box' last update was seven months ago, the last forum post was in October 2021. Clearly not a player nurx was advocating to find a place to play in the VHL. EDIT: Unless screaming and punching the air means 'being angry or frustrated', in which case you are 100% right.
