Look: 2.75/3 - There's a good deal of this that I like - the jersey change and coloring especially - but there are a few changes that I'd make. First, I think some minor changes to the text (smaller subtext, possibly different font for the main text) would help. Second, maybe one more stock over the render (or even some smudging/displacing of the render) over the bottom right region of the sig would look nice.
