Miles Larsson retires

Recommended Posts

While he wasn't quite as successful as I wanted, I am still happy with the way Larsson's career went.  No personal awards (though likely going to be one of the frontrunners for the Boulet this season), but I will finish with one of the highest hits totals in history.  Thanks to both Riga and Quebec for a memorable career (hopefully I can help Quebec win the cup this season)

Larsson finishes with 1041 TPE (1000 was my goal) and over 2500 hits, a Gold Medal and a Continental Cup so far.

I had a nice post about the retirement but it bugged out either site or my internet and I didn't copy it.  Basically Lobo is awesome and Riga will be retiring his number in the off-season.  I've said his praises a ton of times but staying in Riga stay classy via Ron Burgandy style.
