Quebec Stands Pat Ahead of S53 Playoffs

With Quebec sitting in the final playoff spot of the Western Conference, GM Frank Chadwick chose to hold onto assets and stay the ship with the current rebuild. With Apollo Skye leading the way and looking to be the best goalie in the league very soon there will be much temptation to speed up the rebuild and see if Skye can lead the team @Velevra. Lukas Muller and Fabio Jokinen will be leaders of this team going forward and have shown great potential in a short sample size of their VHL careers @solas @jRuutu. It's expected that Fabio Jokinen will be the Meute captain as long as he wants to be. @Salt Threencarnacion is the best back up the VHL has ever seen as he continues to gain TPE at a starters pace, if the cap remains stagnant it could prove to be problematic in the future or it will be a test to see if you can really build a VHL championship caliber team with a 400+ tpe back up. John Locke will be a lock to compete for rookie of the year in Season 54 as he's taken great strides in the VHLM is looking to break out @Will. There will be opportunities in the future for the Meute to take another step forward for Season 54. For now they will rely on growth from within and whether the young players they have can step up as they prepare to face the Seattle Bears or New York Americans in the playoffs.
