What was the expectations of a GM/AGM during that time?

What made a good GM/AGM in your book?

 

Now that the league has grown and more excitement is around even the VHLM.

Do you think your opinion on some of the questions above has changed?

Now that Discord is also an integrable part of a team has locker room dynamics changed in your mind? 

For the better or worse if they have changed?

Do you look at GM'ing and AGM'ing at least in the VHLM different now that we are expanding every day?

What do you think makes a good GM/AGM now?

 

Note: I'm not sure if you GM'd before but even from a player perspective it would be interesting to see what is perceived to be good qualities.

What are your really early bad predictions for the VHL this season?

VHLM?

VHL has primarily been a two line league for a long time. With the influx of players, would you like to see the league experiment with 3 lines or would you rather expand to fill the need.

 

Questions on Rivalries:

What makes a good (team/player) rivalry in your mind to play out in either forums/discord?

Do you like creating rivalries with other players to make your career more exciting?

If yes do you have any tips for newer players to jump in on this fun and sometimes overlooked aspect to your career.

Out of all your past players do you have a favorite rivalry that you still think about fondly?

Did a friendly rivalry ever go past that and turn into an actual rivalry between you and another user?

 

Questions for later in the season:

It's getting midway-near the end of the season, where do you see yourself in the draft ranking?

Do you feel like you are ready for the VHL?

Do you have a preferred team/teams that you would enjoy going and playing with.

REDACTED will be jumping into a conference that already has Davos and Malmo, neither of which did that fantastically (although set up well for the future) and Helsinki is getting older. Given that I'm definitely not going to try to be competitive for the first two seasons, how far away do you think playoffs are?

1. A while back, when you first returned to the league, you answered a press conference question of mine that was along the lines of "What's the best experience you've ever had with the VHL" with "Meeting some VHLers IN REAL LIFE!" Who did you meet, and when?

2. Does @Knight ever mention returning, or talk about the league at all?

3. Have you ever GMed, or does the idea of becoming a GM in the future seem appealing to you? 

4. Where do you predict Malmo will end up next season? Do we make the playoffs?

5. Why podcasts? What makes podcasting better than writing or graphics?
