VHL GM Pay (STZ Sug 1)

I think this one is a no brainer. Probably the most important league jobs is a VHL GM. We don’t pay GM’s even though they are expected to do all of the team duties on top of keeping our top members with players in the VHL engaged.

 

We pay our VHLM GMs (which we should), what is the justification for not paying the VHL GMs?

 

We have a shortage of VHL GM candidates, and this would likely help change that. Make this job as prestigious as it should be - as it once was.

I support this suggestion for sure. I can see why it's never been a paid position, as there have always been members who would step up and take the role, but it should definitely be a paid position. I think AGM should also be a formal, paid position (1TPE) that gives the team a back-up and someone who can also make decisions in the case that the GM can't be contacted.

I'm still wondering why there's no pay for us, but I never was a TPE whore so I didn't complain.

 

But I'm all for it.
