If you like Gothic red and emo black, this ones for you.

I really like the style of font and it stands out just enough against its darker cousin. A little lighter red or different color may make it more visible.

Then black seems a bit out of place to me. Think I would've rather seen the whole BG the same shade.

I kinda like the texture of his jersey but the white on his shoulder doesn't fit to me.

His mug seems a touch washed out and I feel a touch more sharpness to it would give it a better look to it.

Not a bad render, but your ability exceeds this. Just a lil too much of the same color shade and it could stand for more contrast.
