This looks to be a simple rendered SIG.

Your BG has a blurred effect which I don't know if its from the original pic or you did it yourself but its nice.

The orange colour layer on the two players is very minimal, and the dispersion technique is kinda cool but honestly, there doesn't seem to be a lot of time taken on this SIG.

I would have moved your lighting effect to the left more or toned down its brightness.

Lastly, your font is plain bit passable. What I would rather see is a lighter colour change and thicker font so it stands out against his jersey and still has enough contrast against the boards.

The colours, saturation and sharpness aren't too bad.

An OK render but I think more effort would deliver a better SIG.
