How the Update Scale messed up older teams like...

Recommended Posts

The Seattle Bears and Riga Reign were the two teams in the finals last season and the Reign are what the two time defending champs? Either way they had a nice core of players who were in their primes but have now since been struggling because of a bunch of TPE being added to compensate for the update scale and the salary brackets not being updated to compensate these TPE additions. Not to mention while more TPE got added to the older players, we still had a bunch of the older players who are not enjoying life in the VHL right now because they had this harsh scale take a toll on them PLUS they had hit an age where their skills would start to erode. So there it is right, just sucks for the Bears and Reign who were built ripe in the 'old VHL' but not for the 'new VHL'

This season the compensation TPE wasn’t counting against the cap for salaries. It’s only going to affect them next season where brackets will he adjusted.

The new update scale and added TPE work out to make players the exact same as they were previously and the Pay scale is based on what the players were before the update. This is making excuses for nothing.

3 things can explain degrath and cornerstone.

1. your both tpe whores.

2. cornerstone is the only player on his team basically means the offense runs through him

3. goalies are weird in STHS, if you have a good team in front of you chances are you will do good yourself because thats how it usually is.
