Training Camps will no longer be done for players the way they always have been. Instead of skaters being forced to use certain attributes that are chosen by their GM's, they will receive the same +10 TPE (for anything) that goalies have always received. Training Camps still need to be posted in to make the claim in order to keep everyone honest but players may use their points on whatever they want.
