Keepin' Up With The VHLM -- Wild

Why can't the Saskatoon Wild win a hockey game? Seriously! Sitting at a 9-25 record at just about the halfway point of the season, the Wild are nowhere near contention for the coveted Founder's Cup, leading many to ask why they're even playing at this point. The answer is of course, that the games are simulated and they aren't actually playing, but that's not what puts this writer's TPE on the table! I decided to take a deep dive into the roster of the Wild, and why exactly they are 43 points back of the superior Yukon team, after 36 games played in the VHLM thus far.

The best three players on this pitiful roster are Bastion Logan Mac Finsceal, Jakub Vihliamsson, and Jordan Tonn who have overalls of 53, 52, and 51 respectively. When we look at the Yukon Rush roster, we see that they have 5 players at 59 overall or better. This means that when the simulation machine crunches its numbers, and has these two teams go head to head, it's obvious that one will beat the other - and by a lot. In fact, the Wild are so bad, this reporter has it on record from VHLMs that they circle their games against the Wild on the calendar, to know when they'll be raking in all of those hard earned goals. Up and down, their team overall is 11 lower than the Rush, whatever that means. Does anyone strictly use these team overalls? Is there just some simulation god? Why doesn't my player ever score any goals? Hopefully these 2 TPE will help!

Well we are bad we just won the cup last year. Sadly that is the waves of the VHLM. Good teams cant stay on top more than a year or 2, without some serious luck. We went all in won a cup now its a year where we rebuild add some assets and move on to next year
