This includes, but is not limited to, political discussions on the following platforms: - VHL discord (not allowed on any channel under any circumstances) - VHL website forum (allowed under unique circumstances with pre-approval from a staff member) Forthcoming, politically relevant discussions on the forums will be subject to closer review and moderation by staff members in efforts to ensure both constructive discussions and a safe space for what can be perceived as difficult or controversial topics to the community’s members. User was found to have created and used multiple accounts/players. In addition to the TPE ban, the other account ( @tehcanuck ) has been permanently banned. Specifically section 1.1 attacks against sexual orientation and gender identity. Reminder to all that everyone is allowed to freely share their gender identity and sexual orientation and speak about it. Head Moderator Baozi 1,635 Posted October 5, 2022 Head Moderator Share Posted October 5, 2022 User @lil OG zhas been indefinitely suspended for conduct recently in threads and deemed to be in violation of the VHL Code of Conduct 1.1 They have been found to be baiting others into arguments and have been continually inciting aggression towards multiple members. They have also been found in violation of 1.4 and 1.5 causing drama and fighting with other members. As this is not the type of community we want to foster, 16z has been indefinitely suspended pending appeal. Violations include: 1.1 - Harassment of ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability nature. 1.4 - Harassment of members continuously during ban. 1.5 - Targeted personal attacks on members. While the harassment and attacks took place outside of the forums/discord, they impact the safety of our community members and the nature of the attacks were of VHL related reasons. This will include suspended access from the site until 6/10. As well as a tpe ban for weeks ending 6/4 and 6/11 This is in regards to language used that can be seen as hate speech to members of effected minorities. This has also been partially extended due to past issues of making inappropriate comments. In light of MexicanCow’s service to the community, and being his first offense, he has also shown remorse and conduct of an individual understanding his mistake and as such, he will retain his current roles while being under probation until the end of August. During this time he will not receive GM pay. The VHL wants all members to understand that attempt or threats of doxing are unacceptable, the safety of our members are always our top priority and in this case we have affirmed that all parties involved in this matter are satisfied that that steps taken are appropriate and we maintain that standard.
