1. From the looks of things I'm returning for a second season. Which is good, there's some unfinished business to take care of. Pumped to steamroll the opposition!

1. Pretty frickn excited not gonna literal. It’s ya first time down doing any of this, and i’m excited to help the Aces win a season much as possible

We got this.. Give it our all again like last season and anything can happen.. We have a base to work with so that's key

 

2) What do you often do to make the offseason less boring?

Best time to chat if you ask me, help out teammates and get a much needed rest after a season of grinding

 

3) We're looking to be contending this season, so do you think that you're ready to go?

100 percent, all the way down to my skate laces

 

4) What do you like most about Vegas? The extravagant night life, the casinos, or something more unconventional?

Locker room is chill, casinos are lit and there's tons of other things to do in the area.. Most of the time I sit in my apartment and smoke dope while watching all the flashing lights though. If I had to pick one it'd have to be the locker room because I enjoy the information shared about the league from each member, the staff are very helpful as well so you learn something every practice 

 

5) Is there anyone you look up to in the VHL?

Has to be the GOAT, Condor Adrienne

 

6) How well am I doing as an AGM so far? I'd love to get some feedback on what I can improve upon.

1. I'm super excited to play for Toronto! I think my future teammates look promising, and I look to be capping every week so that I can play with them next season to my fullest potential.

2. I play video games, I play league of legends and get drunk.

3. I'm more ready than every, a few players moving up this year taught me a lot last season and I'm looking to make them proud.

4. The people! I mean, I met a guy dressed as Batman last week, he had one hell of a drinking problem though. I don't think he was really Batman.

5. I look up to Onde Sandstrom, when I was in the locker room last season as a 60 tpe free agent, I told him I was gonna go first overall and he told me he would do anything to make that happen. I didnt go first overall, but he really taught me a lot.

6. You're doing awesome! You have a real hands on approach as an AGM, and I think someday in the future you'll make an excellent GM for whatever organization you end up coaching. Great job on draft day by the way, I look forward to playing with Gucci.

1. Not going to lie the new logo is very clean. It looks much better then the old logo, although both are good. But this seems just a little more professional then the old one.

2. No I want to stay here. You guys drafted me and I want to prove that was a good choice. I hope to play here well before I get into the VHL

3. Um, I’m not sure what opportunists there will be this offseason but we will see. If it helps get in shape and everything sure I’ll do it 100%. Even if it’s just for fun.... why not lol

4. In real life? Well my parents moved to Los Vegas from Michigan in the  early 1990s because Michigan had severe economic ills and he got a job at a casino as security (he’s a cop now so he kept with that). When they moved there they kept with the Red Wings (mind you this was before they were true contenders) because they wanted to keep pieces of home by continuing to follow out sports. They became huge fans and eventually moved back in either 97 or 98 after the wings won one of their two back to back cups. They kept following it and when I grew up loving the Red Wings a lot. My favorite player ever is Zetterberg hands down.

 

as for sim I used to do SHL for a bit and got out of it. Then a few weeks ago I found EFL joined and found the VHL affiliate so yeah I combined the two and I am enjoying it lol.

 

5. I think we show potential and you know in hockey any team can get hot. In other words, don’t count us out because we could do some damage this year. I will do what it takes to help us realize that potential 

 

6. I don’t know many people so I don’t have Any guys I would have liked to play with. So I guess I’ll say, all I want to do is play here with my teammates where I belong

1. I'm feeling good about our start to the season, had a couple of rough games at the start but then we turned on the style and handed out some thrashings. We are looking good and I hope the good from continues 

2. I think there's always pressure there, regardless of when we last one a cup, but that just shows how good we are as a team. We wanna bring a cup home and that pressure just motivates us more to go out every night and get a result.

3. I honestly can't pick a single person. Everyone in the locker room, from players to staff, are amazing and have been so helpful to all of the newer players so it would be unfair to pick a single person

4. I don't know really, haven't given it much thought. Maybe cloudy, you know cause my last name is McCloud.

5.  Alex Zouzouambe but when you see that top line on saskatoon its really no surprise cause they are red hot. No sure if they can keep it up all season long though

1. I feel we're playing really well, I think that we're gonna really turn some heads this season.

1) I feel like we can only go up from here so here’s to the season continuing to progress well. Hopefully we show our true colors

2) I feel like it might a little because we have a shot at winning this year and we need to prove we can get back to our winning ways. This is the perfect season to do so.

1. I think our performance has been fine, since we’ve been on a steady incline and lots of our players have been gaining TPE fast(me included)

 

2. I think we should be focusing on our play right now instead of pressure, but it’s nice challenge to have.

 

3. I’m more of a shy and lone wolf guy in the room, but guys like Chase Crosby and Nick Sunderbruch have been nice and welcoming. It’s hard not to feel at home in our room

 

4. My name is obviously similar to Henrik Zetterberg’s, so his nickname, ‘Z’, applies a lot to me and most guys use it now.

 

5. The Saskatoon Wild, who are not an amazing team on paper, steamrolling the league while having 4 of the 5 leading scorers. 

 

6. It would be cool to be one of those guys who just pumps the puck into the net. Z is not a scorer, so it would be cool so see my name on the scoresheet more often

As VSN scout, I'm pleased at Las Vegas' performance.  Many young prospects here to watch develop.

It should add lots of pressure, even if Vegas was defending last season's title.  Let's see who steps up!

The player I represent (James Rose) hasn't really gotten one.  He did mention he likes being called 'playa'

Chris Reynolds caught me by surprise, I have my eye on him.  If he continues working on improving, he'll be a dependable VHL player

1- I just want to keep scoring goals consistently. Help the team win every game possible. 
2- Chris Reynolds- cuz he’s a bad ass player.

1) Is there anything you're looking to improve so far into the season?

 

There's nothing I can do to improve my skills or numbers and I'm happy with everything so my focus is on the newer guys, if anybody needs advice during practice or a partner at the gym.. Hit me up! 

 

2) Who do you think is a fan favourite on the team? What makes you think that?

 

Nick is definitely the fan favorite, he dangles the puck like a magician and scores jaw dropping goals everytime he get into the offensive zone, it gets the crowd pumped and gives the bench motivation going into their next shift

 

3) What do you think is the biggest flaw in this team? Is there an immediate need to fix it?

 

Depth, right now. We still have 48 games left so there's plenty of time to develop before we get anothef run at the cup

 

4) Any superstitions you believe in? Does that affect any sort of pre-game ritual??

 

The only thing I believe in is goals equal wins, if we don't score enough we will lose so hopefully our guys keep going to target practice like they have been or we'll be walking out of the playoffs in Round 1

 

5) What do you think of the VHL as a sim league in general?

 

Active and fun plus a lot of hard work is done behind the scenes, we're still a small site but growing quickly and there's tons helpful people in all corners of the league

It can be. Depending on your diet, toppings and cheese ratio, you can be eating a hearty meal in my opinion

1) Trying to improve my scoring ability and hopefully start to make a difference here come mid-season

 

2) Oh definitely me, working hard on those corners. Everyone loves a gritty 4th liner

 

3) Still working on depth but if the new guys including me more hard this season we should be great come playoffs

 

4) Definitely a superstitious guy, I always have to be the last one off the ice after warmup

 

5) From the very little amount of experience in this league I can’t really say, but I’ve been enjoying it so far.

 

6) Honestly gotta support my main man Gordon Ramsay on this one and say pineapple does not belong on pizza

1. Defence was an issue early and I’m currently focusing on it and trying to I prove as much as possible

 

2. In my honest opinion, it’s a race between Gary Rush, Rhynex Entertainment, and Nick Sunderbruch. All guys who score a lot and are overall great guys

 

3. I detect no real flaws. The only real difference between us and say Halifax is that we don’t have like four of the top ten scorers in the league. I think if we make some solid trades we can have a serious shot

 

4. Before the game, I always re tape my stick. I’m also the last off after warmups. I also find that when there’s five minutes left in the third period, adding a little sugar to your bottle gives you an extra boost, with not enough time for the cramps.

 

5. I think it’s incredible that sim leagues exist, the amount of detail the computer goes into. I am as a whole very impressed 

 

6. I don’t even like pineapple by itself, so using it to ruin pizza is something I’ll never do
