1. Not really, were not the best, but we can definitley do better once our lines get clicking

I am not really surprised, I knew that it was going to be a tough season, so to start like this is not really a shock. 

2. What changes would you recommend to GM Shawn?

Be patient, also give me a chance in net! I would love to start, so I don't really have too much to say. 

3. Who has the best shot at a cup?

I think Riga or Helsinki or maybe even a shock of a team like Toronto will slide up and take it. This is very even this season. 

4. Who do you think will be rookie of the year?

Give me Elias Dahlberg. 

5. Who do you think is winning the draft lottery?

Davos is going to win it, no question. 

6. Who do you think was the biggest steal of the draft?

Elias Dahlberg is the biggest steal, you watch.

I am going to go with Calgary, really.

They are a good team, but not as good as us.

Brick Wahl or Elias Dahlberg

If you mean the fact that Davos has won multiple games, then yes!

Eventually acquire more defensemen but don't use Madden to trade for any.

It's a lottery. There is no way of thinking the winner but Davos has the best chance and I hope they win of course.

Jerwa has some nice TPE for such a late pick.

Hedge.

They should be best but they are suck.

Shawn Glade.

1. Fire Chiarelli, 2. Buy out Lucic and Brodziak, 3. Trade Puljujarvi, Kassian, Reider, Chaisson, Spooner, Rattie, Yamamoto, Larsson, Klefbom, Petrovic, Gravel, Manning, Russell, Benning, Sekera and Talbot for the rights to John Scott. Problem Solved.

1. Sadly not shocked we are struggling, honestly worse than I thought though.

1. I expect to play fairly often, and make our team proud. As it's kind of an off year, I hope to do some work in the community to keep busy and positive.

2. Honestly, and I'm not even kidding around...Elias Dahlberg. The kid has a big ol' piehole, but he sure can play.

3. Riga, as they're at the top of their game right now, but honestly,  I wouldn't mind seeing some love for Toronto either.

4. I just want to play a good game of hockey and adjust to my new team and home. I spent 2 seasons in Canada, and I miss it, but I love it here in Switzerland!

5. Lord, I dunno. Probably Dahlberg.

6. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be Davos this year...I ain't sayin' I'm the reason for that...but I'm not NOT saying that, either.

1. I think next season, we'll be on the uptrend and then after that a real contender so one or two more seasons tops.

That is a great question, I have high hopes for Davos this season. We added Peace which is a fantastic add, I think that instantly upgrades our offense. Now, our defense is even better getting Malenko, so I am excited about that. In goal, I am a little bit behind some of of the other goalies in the league, but I believe I have a good build. I think I can definitely be successful. I need our defense to step up and show everyone what we can do. 

2. What was your reaction when you heard Jones was traded to Calgary for a first round pick? 

Dallas and I were close, you know, I thought he was going to be a good fit for our team. I really do not want to comment on anything more than that. I thought he would fit well with our team, but this is a business. 

3. What are your opinions on the Dynamo's top two offensive lines?

I really like the top 6 on our team, I mean, we really have more than that. Peace is going to be a great upgrade. I mean, that guy can score. Then we have Svobody who is another scorer, he can play a bit of defense too. Then, we look at John Madden who can score, are you sensing a trend? Then Elias Dahlberg who can score. Man, can anyone pass? I think we need faceoffs, that is what we need more of as well as passing, but I love what we have, we can really get somewhere. 

4. What are your opinions on the trade Shawn made to acquire Malenko? 

I liked it. I thought Jerwa was a great prospect, I have a relationship with him as well. I loved playing next to him, but as I mentioned above, this is a business. We need a guy to step in now and help out. Malenko is going to be our top defenseman, so we needed to make a move like that. He gets in the gym and keeps updating, I love it. 

5. On a scale of trash to trash, how trash is Dahlberg? 

I'd say trash panda. 

 

6. After game beer...light or dark?

Water or Gatorade, no beer.

 You all are going to have to learn to spell his name after I won RotY this year. I think we'll be a playoff bubble team this year...or at least the VHL's version of that. Don't think we'll make it, but I don't think we'll be roadkill against most teams. And it's Werbenjagermanjensen.

I'm not surprised. Jones is known as a bit of a diva, so not having that in the locker room is pretty nice. Between the first round pick in this trade and the 1st we acquired from Seattle, we have the assets to make a big trade if we need to.

I think we have a good, solid top 6. We have some good players, but none that you could consider super stars in this league. We're going to win through teamwork and working hard and playing as a 5 man unit. But yeah, they're pretty good.

Malenko and a 1st round pick. It was a beauty of a trade. Everyone knew Seattle had to get under the cap, so from a value standpoint, this was an easy win for us. Obviously Seattle will have no qualms about the trade if they win the cup this year, but I think you could call this a win for Davos at this point in time.

2. Rylan Peace is currently 3rd in the league in points, do you think he can keep up that pace? He is more than halfway to his career high in points with 46. 
3. How much do you think trading Robert Malenko will hurt the team?
4. Finn Davison is 3rd in the league in Save %, but 10th in the league in GAA, where do you see him as a goalie in terms of best goalies in the league?
5. What is your expectation for the rest of the season?

1. More depth, stronger core - however, the Dynamo are back to being bottom feeders but that's okay. We're going to be lethal next season when our core is above 500 TPA and we actually have defenders who want to play here, not some cry babies.

3. I don't think it hurt at the time, I still don't now, I'd rather have a loosing season than be on a team with toxic individuals.

Well, we suck again in terms of standings, but the big difference is that we don't get blown out often and are in close games. Doesn't feel as bad to lose 4-3 or 2-1 than it does 4-1 or 5-1.

Short term it'll hurt, since obviously he would improve our depth, but long term it may help the team if he wasn't interested in being here anyway.

Of course, I am rooting for my UK boys. I mean, why would I not be rooting for the country in which I came from. They are going to do awesome and make us proud. The Europeans will show up and dominate the tournament, you watch, you better believe this is going to be the case.

I sing it, you have to. You have to show why you are here, who you are representing, do not be silly, you need to do exactly that.

Absolutely freaking not, never. Anyone who answers this as a yes should be arrested.

5.) Has anyone learned how to spell my player's last name? Why is it so hard to spell?

6.) Who do you see as our biggest rival in the next couple of seasons?

1.) What are your expectations going into the S66 VHL Entry Draft?

We are going to be in need of defense. I mean, I am really warm out there, but I want to be defended. There need to be a wealth of people out there who should be able to help in front of me. 

2.) What are your team expectations going into S67?

We are going to get into the playoffs. I really think we have to. We were so close this year, anything less than that would be a disappointment. I am not about disappointment, we need to get there and we will get there. 

3.) Would you say S66 was a success?

Yes, each year we can build and really develop, it's a success. I will say it was a success. I would have liked more of a success, but I will say that it was enough progress to call it a success. 

4.) Who is your favorite teammate?

Everyone is my favorite, goalies need to make friends. 

5.) Has anyone learned how to spell my player's last name? Why is it so hard to spell?

What the heck is your name? It's hard enough to say. 

6.) Who do you see as our biggest rival in the next couple of seasons?

New York for bouncing us out of the playoffs, they will be my hated team.
