I believe everything else for Toronto is correct although I can't currently compare attributes as I'm noticing @Will I'm getting a 500 Internal Error when I try to open up any player page on the portal at this point in time. Please send any new lines via PM to Devise and I. He can't access the vhlsim email account or else it sees that he's on the other side of the country and locks it down.
