Wilson's Struggles Continue

Although Jesse Wilson has cleaned up his defensive game a little bit, he is still struggling to find his own in his second season in the professional leagues. Wilson leads his team in penalty minutes and he is trying to figure out why he keeps getting called for penalties. His positioning is solid and his foot speed is very good for a big defensemen. Sadly one of the areas of his game that has struggled is his shooting. this season Wilson is just under 3% on his shots that hit the net. With teams thinking he is a one trick pony, they now allow him to shoot and it's not really a good thing for him at this point. If Wilson can find the scoresheet he might get some confidence but sadly being on the second line has somewhat made him a expendable by the Titans brass it would appear. His worth ethic shows that he comes to the rink everyday to improve but sadly the management sees him as just a depth piece. Wilson caught some people off guard this week when he said that Dan Montgomery should be swapped with Jesse because of the level they are at in their careers.
