Halifax was and is still looking very strong and they seem to have our number this season. That's why I decided that we needed to make some moves if we really wanted that cup. We acquired one of the best goaltenders in the league in Cain and just recently the #2 DMan, Past. With these moves we feel really confident going forward and moving into the playoffs. The cup will be ours!" Minnesota is now on a 5 game winning streak and they are just 1 point behind Halifax. Their upcoming 5 games will be pretty hard and it will put the new line up to the test, but with Slade returning to his original form it looks like the Storm is going to seriously threat Halifax's #1 spot.
