NHL 04 has the rebuilt game and you could edit the attributes and players a lot easier on the PC. I've never live streamed on the PC before, but it's doable. I feel like most people want to watch the ASG with the latest NHL game though, so NHL 19 is the best option. Also, I wish you'd use the True Broadcast camera angle.
