Coming into the last year of his rookie deal, Gritty has re-signed with the Vancouver Wolves for whatever the minimum salary is, meaning that he is guaranteed to play for the team two more seasons barring trade. Gritty is encouraged by his team's development as they recently made it to the finals. However, questions remain, and from here on out Gritty will be taking one season deals to have the most flexibility possible. Gritty is most concerned with Vancouver's goaltending situation, as they just traded a known quantity in Sterling for a nobody. Perhaps a free agency acqusition will be made, but if not the team will be kind of stuck. Also, I am interested in GMing in the near future, and Gritty's career path may move to where I could GM if the league ever lets it happen. Lastly, playing for Moscow is interesting to me as I love the whole team concept and think it would be cool to be a big FA acquisition to occur for an expansion team, plus it doesn't hurt vicky is a swell guy.
