The VHL's Top 4 Kevins

Everyone loves the name Kevin, so why not compile an arbitrary list of the top Kevins that the VHL has seen? As far as I can tell, there has never been a Kevin inducted into the Hall of Fame, and there has only ever been one actual "Kevin" to ever be on a Continental Cup winning team, so to further expand the scope of this study, I will be including all spellings of the name "Kevin." 

 

4. Keven Foreskin

We begin the list with an oddly spelled Kevin. Keven Foreskin is a rising young star in the VHLM, and is predicted by many to become a great defenseman once he is out of the minors. While Foreskin is great at covering men in the sensitive areas of the ice, some are eager to cut him down for his offensive last name, and there is rumor of banning his jersey from VHL-related merchandise. 

 

3. Kevin Low

This Kevin has been in the league slightly longer than Foreskin, and has already found success by winning the Memorial Cup in Season 66 with the Philadelphia Reapers. Only time will tell if Low can eventually move up to be the #1 Kevin. 

 

2. Kevin Brooks

Waaaayyyyyyy back in Season 9, a great Kevin captained the Toronto Legion to win the Continental Cup. That Kevin was none other than Kevin Brooks. While records from this era of the league are archaic and subject to the distortion of ancient history, we do remember this great Kevin for his place in VHL history. 

 

1. Kevyn Hesje

Two-time Continental Cup winner Kevyn Hesje is the only other "Kevin" to be on a cup-winning roster, and almost the entire reason for including odd spellings. The center's first cup was with the Helsinki Titans in Season 22, and again with the Vasteras Iron Eagles in Season 26. As one of the most successful Kevins in the playoffs, Kevyn easily cements himself as the top Kevin that the league has ever seen.
