I will attach a warning to this one, I don't run the same way as a lot of the other GM's. I tend to run my team on my own and only ask for opinions when I feel necessary. Your main entail for this job will be to run the weekly press conference, make offers on waiver players as I see fit and give input on lines and trades when I request feedback. That's said, I will do my best to teach you the ropes of being a GM Christian goal of you taking a position in the field someday.
