           I don't have a great picture editor, If I try to make it look good it gets blurry

Which editor do you use? One of the better free ones is probably GIMP (though I find it hard to work in being used to Photoshop). I made my sig below in a trial version of Affinity, considering to buy it (it's quite alike Photoshop, not so big differences as GIMP).

There is a fork of GIMP that is formatted to work like photoshop, I don't recall the name at the moment but I've heard good things

Review: I think that this could be improved on some (for one a good photo editor helps a lot, I hope you found something!) The big thing for me is how strange the words are. They basically cover everything and take away from the content of the graphic. I think if you centered those properly, and made the color scheme a little more defined it would help a lot!

Like others said, you need a better video editor. I'll give you this one because it's a first try sort of this, but just putting text on a picture isn't going to cut it for 6 TPE. Especially if the text literally covers the picture.
