We caught up with Dalton Wilcox after his most recent game.  One would expected after a hard game that he would look tired, but he seemed fresh and still full of energy.  Wilcox, who has put up 20 points in 22 games so far in his rookie VHL season, let us in on some of the secret workouts he uses in order to keep in shape throughout the season.

 

"I work out about three times a week.  You can compare my work ethic to the legendary Jaromir Jagr

 

Mondays: Bicep curls

Wednesdays: Bicep curls

Fridays: Bicep curls

 

After games, the cooldown is taking off my gear and cracking open a cold one with the boys in the locker room".
