The Battle of Mediocracy

Lewis Dawson is a staple in the Mexico City lineup at this stage, but his impact has been slowly declining. Dawson is one of the worst players offensively on the team and is wondering if he is in the right position to succeed. That being, he wonders if he is even worth putting on the top two lines considering his lack of offensive impact. Dawson started out slowly but did contribute a little in the early parts of the season. Now it seems the young rookie has been quiet and it might take some extra coaching to help him out. Dawson has been a steady force in his own end and has been trying to improve his face-off percentage with some extra assistance in practice. Mexico City relies on their centres to drive the play but to also provide some stability on the back end. The Kings are very talented in many areas of the ice but they still got a lot of hope for their renters to pick up the pace. Dawson is hoping to turn things around here shortly.
