The Riga Reign are Cheaters and the Playoffs Should be Re-Simmed

VHL Rule 12.2 Clearly States:

 

12.2 - Position Changes

Defense to Forward or Vise-Versa

Any player can switch from Defense to Forward once per career. Active players must buy a position change in the Player Store. Inactives can have their positions changed by their GMs.

 

The Riga Reign are breaking this rule, as Jack Lynch, a Right Winger, is currently playing on Riga's 2nd penalty kill unit as a defenseman. Lynch has not bought any position change packages in the player store, and is currently playing as a forward for Riga at 5v5.

 

This is a clear and obvious breakage of the rules, and Riga should be penalized a 1st round pick for this cheating along with re-simming the playoffs

You don't need to player change to play a forward on the pk or the pp... Lots of GM's do it.

So all forwards can play defense on the PK now? 

All defensemen can play forward on the PP? 

 

IF this is the case, it should be in the rules
