diamond_ace 3,106 Posted March 17, 2020 Share Posted March 17, 2020 Any player who created/will create between Sunday 15th at 9:33 PM (the time @Toast created Larry Butz) and Tuesday 17th at 12 Noon eastern: These players will be waiver players, and are free to sign with any team, but must wait 12 hours to sign so teams in other time zones can offer. It's not often that we have a big wave of players waiting to sign at once, and so in this instance and this instance alone, we're going to put back in the waiting period. For example, we have @Berocka living in Australia for whom 12 Noon is 2 AM - he shouldn't really have to miss out on a wave of 10 or so players.
