(S71) Toronto Legion Captains

A new season is scheduled to begin in just a few days, and today I'd like to take the time to announce our Captains. Before we start though, I will reveal we had a private Discord vote to who should be our second Alternate Captain. I was kinda underwhelmed by the results... because only five people voted. LaFlamme voted for himself, even though his player is in the minors... . Other than that, it was an even 2-2 split between Killinger and Hextall so I've decided to use RANDOM.ORG's integer generator.

A set of seven in two rows, so there can be no ties! First row is Hextall, second row is Killinger. May the battle of the Alternate Captain begin!

So... uh... since the vote was a tie they're both Alternate Captains, this whole thing was to determine who won home and away. We'll rotate, I'll be an A on home games, he'll be an A on away games. Best of both worlds, right?

I think they can.  Remy LeBeau was Toronto's captain for 5 seasons back in the S30's.

 

Never mind that, apparently not.  LeBeau was officially named captain for those seasons but according to the old indexes Toronto had a different captain in the sim in those seasons.

I just went to apply the changes, and unfortunately I cannot select Hextall to be an assistant captain on the STHS Client (3.1).

Yeah you're right, I checked the indexes and he didn't have the C in any of those seasons.

I'll let you know now, the answer is no. Goalies are awarded C's on forums as the official captain and teams run a different C in STHS
