I have an announcement that is likely going to leave our little M GM's squealing with happiness. For the remainder of this season, the VHLM waiver cap is bumping up to 12 from the current standard of 9. Additionally, the average needed to bump the cap +1 will decrease from 6 to 5. This will be in preparation for some epic recruitment drives this season. GO VHLM GO!
