@Victor time for another stupid question.

 

Does question 1 mean Riga as a franchise, or Riga as a location? Are we counting matchups before Riga was Riga (and, for that matter, before the other team was in their own location)?

If you treat it consistently (Riga either in or not in other locations, other teams either in or not in other locations), it shouldn't matter.
